Condition Details

5 Star Condition +

The kit is in perfect condition and works exactly as it should, with little to no visible wear. It looks and feels like new: clean, tight, and smooth. This is the best possible condition rating and you’re essentially getting what it felt like out of the box.

4 Star Condition +

The kit is in excellent working order and has clearly been well looked after. Wear is minimal and mostly cosmetic, small marks you’d only notice up close, with smooth operation and tight, stable movement. It’s close to “showroom” condition without being brand new.

3 Star Condition +

The kit is fully working and performs as it should. It has typical signs of use, light scratches, minor scuffs, general wear on pads/handles but nothing that impacts performance. This is the “normal, honest used” category, functional but not what it once was without any work.

2 Star Condition +

The kit is usable and functional, but it shows clear signs of regular use. It might have small issues that don’t stop it working (noisy movement, slight wobble, stiff adjustments, worn grips, tired upholstery, minor electronics quirks) and could benefit from a service. Cosmetics will be visibly worn, but it’s still a solid working piece.

1 Star Condition +

The kit is not in a “ready to go” state. It may have faults (error codes, inconsistent resistance, squeaky bearings, damaged cables, worn belts, loose parts) and will likely need repair or parts to be reliable. Expect cosmetic wear too: scratches, dents, rust spots, torn upholstery, or missing covers.
