At TDM Gym, we know gym kit isn’t exactly “letterbox friendly”. Everything we do with shipping is built around keeping your equipment safe, secure and as easy as possible to receive.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver nationwide across the UK.
Because most of our products are heavy and/or oversized, we don’t use flat rates, instead, delivery is charged at an additional cost, agreed with you in advance.
Delivery Options
1. Nationwide Delivery (Additional Cost)
- We can deliver anywhere in the UK.
- Shipping prices vary depending on:
- The size and weight of your order
- Your delivery location
- Access to the property (stairs, tight doorways, etc.)
Once you place an order, we’ll contact you to discuss delivery options and confirm the exact cost before anything is finalised.
If you prefer, you can also contact us before ordering for a delivery estimate.
We’ll always try to:
- Offer you the most cost-effective delivery option available
- Arrange a date and time window that works for you
2. Free 24/7 Collection
Prefer to handle transport yourself? No problem.
- Collection is completely free
- Available 24/7 by prior arrangement
- Ideal if:
- You have your own van or courier
- You want to save on delivery costs
- You’re local or passing through the area
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you:
- The collection address
- A time window (or multiple options)
- Any access instructions needed
Please make sure your vehicle and lifting equipment are suitable for the size and weight of the items you’re collecting.
Large & Heavy Items
Most of our products are commercial or heavy-duty gym equipment, which can be:
- Bulky
- Heavy to move
- Awkward in tight spaces
To keep things safe and straightforward, we may ask a few quick questions about:
- Access to your building (stairs, lifts, narrow stairwells, etc.)
- Parking or loading restrictions
- Whether you need kerbside delivery only or assistance moving items into the building
If installation or full placement is required, this may come at an additional agreed cost.
How We Arrange Your Delivery
- You place your order on our site
- We contact you to:
- Confirm what you’ve ordered
- Discuss delivery vs collection
- Provide a delivery quote if required
- You approve the delivery cost
- We schedule a delivery/collection time that suits you
- Your equipment is dispatched or prepared for collection
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made at the agreed time and:
- No one is available to receive the order, or
- Access is not possible (e.g. wrong details, blocked access)
there may be an additional charge for:
- Re-delivery, or
- Returning the goods to our premises
We’ll always try to work with you to avoid this, which is why accurate contact and access details are so important.
Damaged in Transit
We take care to pack and transport all equipment securely, but if something arrives damaged:
- Please note any visible damage with the driver where possible
- Take clear photos of the issue
- Contact us as soon as you can with:
- Your order number
- Photos and details of the damage
We’ll review this and work with you to put it right.
International Shipping
At this time, online orders are limited to UK delivery and collection only.
