Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
For in-stock items, delivery is discussed upon purchase to figure out a time best for us and you but is usually 3-7 working days for the UK mainland. Larger or specialist pieces of kit can take a little longer, as we may need to book a dedicated pallet slot. If there are any changes to the expected lead time, we’ll let you know straight away.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Right now we focus on UK mainland deliveries. If you’re based in Ireland, the Highlands, the islands or overseas, get in touch with our team and we’ll see if we can arrange a custom shipping quote.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
If anything turns up damaged, please note it with the driver, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Will all the items in my order arrive together?
Where we can, we’ll ship everything in one delivery. If your order includes a mix of small items and large machines, or products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate shipments. We’ll keep you updated so you know what to expect.
Conditions
Do you sell new or used equipment?
We offer a mix of brand-new, refurbished and ex-commercial kits. Each product listing clearly states the condition so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Are refurbished machines safe and reliable?
Yes. All refurbished equipment is fully inspected, serviced and tested by our team or trusted partners. Anything that affects safety or performance is repaired or replaced before it’s listed for sale.
Can I see more photos or a video of the actual machine?
If you’d like to see more detail, just contact us with the product name. Where possible, we’ll send extra photos or a short walk-through video so you can get a better look at the condition before you buy.
Will the refurbished kit look brand new?
The refurbished kit is mechanically sound but may show light cosmetic wear from previous use, such as small marks on the frame or upholstery. We try to show this honestly in our photos and descriptions so there are no surprises.
Collections
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes, collections are available on many items. When you reach checkout, you’ll see a collection option if it’s available for that product. We’ll then contact you to arrange a date and time.
Where do collections take place from?
Collections are from our warehouse or partner facility. Full address and instructions will be provided in your order confirmation once your collection slot is booked.
Will someone help me load the equipment?
We can usually help load into your vehicle at the collection point, but you’re responsible for making sure you bring a suitable vehicle and any straps or protection needed to secure the kit.
What do I need to bring when collecting?
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a photo ID. If someone is collecting on your behalf, let us know in advance and make sure they bring your order details too.
Stock
Can you hold stock for me until I’m ready?
On some items we can reserve stock for a short period, especially for larger commercial orders or full gym fit-outs. Get in touch with what you’re planning, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I order equipment that isn’t listed on your website?
Yes, if you’re looking for a specific brand or model that isn’t shown online, get in touch. We work with multiple suppliers and can often source equipment to order or suggest a very close alternative.
How often do you update the website with new stock?
We add and update stock throughout the week as new shipments arrive and refurbished kits are finished. It’s worth checking back regularly or getting in contact if you’re looking for a specific kit.
How accurate are your stock levels during busy periods?
We update our stock levels regularly, but during peak periods there can occasionally be a short overlap where an item sells out before the system refreshes. If this happens, we’ll let you know quickly and work to find the best solution for you.
Orders, Payments & Finance
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure online payment options shown at checkout. For larger orders or commercial fit-outs, we can also take bank transfers by arrangement; just contact us before placing your order.
Is finance available for both businesses and individuals?
In many cases, yes. We work with finance partners who can support limited companies, sole traders and sometimes personal customers, subject to status and checks. Eligibility, minimum order values and terms will depend on the finance provider.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched or put into processing (for example, a custom-built or special-order kit), we can often amend or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. For financed orders, changes may need to go through the finance agreement as well.
Do you provide VAT invoices and trade pricing for gyms and PTs?
Yes. All orders come with a VAT invoice, which is ideal for businesses reclaiming VAT. If you’re a gym owner, PT studio, school or club looking to place a larger order, we can also put together a bespoke quote and discuss trade or bulk pricing, with or without finance options.
